By using this website ("Winotips") you agree to the following terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Nature of the Service

Winotips is an information platform providing statistical analysis, probability calculations and AI-powered predictions for football matches.

The platform does not recommend, encourage or direct users to place bets. All content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial or betting advice.

3. Disclaimer

Winotips makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of the predictions provided.

Winotips accepts no liability for any decisions made based on information on the platform or for any resulting losses, financial or otherwise.

4. Age Restriction

The platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and over. Access by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited.

5. Responsible Gambling

Users who choose to bet are strongly advised to follow these principles:

• Only bet amounts you can afford to lose.
• Do not treat betting as a source of income.
• Do not chase losses with further bets.
• Review your betting habits regularly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code and algorithms on the platform belong to Winotips and are protected by copyright. Unauthorised copying, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone. Notify us immediately if you notice unauthorised access to your account.

8. Subscriptions and Billing

Winotips offers a free tier and a paid Winotips Pro subscription. Pro is billed either monthly or yearly at the price shown on the upgrade page at the time you subscribe.

• Free trial. New members may be offered a 3 day free trial. You enter your card details when you subscribe but are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan starts and your card is charged. One trial per user.
• Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• Payments. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Winotips never sees or stores your full card details.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your profile under Manage subscription. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices. Any change applies from your next billing period, and current subscribers keep their existing price until then.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
